Write on the Sound Writers' Conference and Pre-Conference

Write on the Sound Writers' Conference and Pre-Conference

Experience two days of literary inspiration on the beautiful shores of Puget Sound.

Thirty-two individual workshops are presented by noted authors, educators, and trade professionals who will share their secrets, talents and literary visions. A variety of workshops are offered, designed to appeal to beginning as well as seasoned writers. Pre-conference critique workshops are offered on Friday.

In addition to attending sessions, enjoy browsing the on-site book shop, submit a manuscript for critique, or enter the annual writing contest. On Saturday evening, after the conclusion of the first day of workshops and keynote talk, relax and get to know your fellow writers and conference presenters at a book signing and casual reception. Light refreshments and a beautiful view of Puget Sound at sunset are all part of the day's activities. On Sunday enjoy another full day of conference sessions in the "Friendliest Town on Puget Sound."
