Poetry conferences held in Colrain, Massachusetts and Truchas, New Mexico include a manuscript preparation workshop, in-depth meetings with press editors, evening poetry readings, an editorial panel Q&A, group critique of selected poems, and a post-conference strategy session. Also, small Intensives for previous attendees and for those with manuscripts close to publication held November, January and February in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Conference founder and director is award-winning poet, Joan Houlihan.
