BLUE RIDGE WILDACRES WRITERS WORKSHOP July 10-17, 2010
This week-long, residential workshop is like no other! Held on a mountain top in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, we offer the serious writer what they are looking for – a valuable learning experience with a top teaching faculty plus a variety of nighttime programs that will touch your hearts and make you laugh.

We have it all – beautiful rooms, delicious meals, landscaped grounds, and fantastic workshops. Each evening, we will either stimulate your mind or provide an atmosphere reminiscent of the fun you enjoyed as a child.
Three scholarships are available to serious writers ages 21-40.
We also offer a Writing Retreat on July 3-9, only for those attending the workshop.
Small classes (10 students), workshops in AM and PM alternating. Subjects: poetry, creative nonfiction, short story, flash fiction, novel, and commercial fiction.

Costs
$620 workshop fee includes 7 nights shared lodging, meals, manuscript critique. $360 retreat fee (for alums or workshop participants) includes lodging & meals. Three scholarships are available.
